Description

There's no excuse with this workout! How many rounds can you complete in 10 minutes. Can you make it to 5 rounds or more rounds under 10 minutes??? Remember your form over score! Post your score in the comment feed! Also make you take at least 5 minutes to warmup the body and 5 minutes to cool down and stretch post workout. Everyone can make time for a 10 minute workout.
