Description

This is the shortest version of my other Zen Yin Yoga session for those stressed for time but still want to get a good overall stretch for hip opening & balancing, lower back flexibility & shoulder mobility. Organs & Meridians healing: liver*kidney*stomach*spleen*gall bladder. Breathe into the poses. I recommend to use blocks for those with less flexibility.
