Description

Set a clock for 20 Min. Every minute perform max reps of the required movement. Once the minute is up, move to the next movement for the next minute. Repeat for 20 minutes. Minute1 Max calories on rower, Minute 2 Max reps Man Makers (burpee with Dumbbells), Minute 3 max reps pull ups, Minute 4 rest. Minute 5 back on rower and keep going through movements.
