Description

A variant of Dan John's "Humane Burpee Workout", this session will train the total body and get some effective cardiovascular work in at the same time. Pick a moderate sized swing bell, one you should be able to goblet squat ten times. Make sure to rest as long as you need between exercises. Every rep should be a quality repetition. Practice good form always!
