Description

Medicine ball chops. Knees slightly bent, feet shoulder width apart, Keeping core braced, arms straight, chop med ball from top of head to bottom of torso. Shoulders may rotate but hips remain fixed. Chop ball up and down in front, then lower right to upper left, then lower left to upper right. Keep core braced.
