Description

Build confidence in your yoga practice. Create more body awareness and flexibility as you learn to move through a simple series of poses that work all major muscle groups. Remember to breathe deeply throughout your practice to oxygenate your body and speed up recovery. RECOMMENDED: Watch the video first, then do the pose. TIP 1: Never push, move mindfully. Stretch to the first edge of resistance and then back off a bit. Patience, deep breathing and commitment lead to the best results in yoga. TIP 2: If you cannot do the listed pose yet, do an easier variation of the pose. Be smart, it's not about the pose, it's about the stretch and strength.
