Description

Start the new year with a new exercise regimen. Remember to keep it realistic - most of you have a job, a family and a home to take care of besides yourself. A resolution to exercise 5 days a week may cause more stress than good. Aim for 3 days of cardio instead and add a strength workout to two of them.
