Description

Each SET has two exercises. Complete both exercises in the set three times in a row without resting, when completed REST 2 minutes before starting the next SET. When you complete all 3 SETS you will walk with your hands above your heart for 2 minutes to cool down. Feel free to gently static stretch after you are done.
