Description

Do 2 push up and 2 pull-up then perform a plank for 1 minute. Then do 4reps of each, do a plank after. Then 6, 8, 10 and back down doing a minute plank each time. The last set do 10 rounds of 10 with a side plank for 30 seconds on each side as rest
