Description

Do this FULL BODY warmup before you crush that obstacle course with a combination of cardiovascular drills and dynamic stretches! Starting off by gradually increasing heart rate and circulation to loosen joints and increase blood flow to muscles. Followed with dynamic stretching to increase range of motion, get the mind ready. Perform actual race moves (ex. twisting/rotating, running, jumping)
