Pick a number (I started at five) and do that number of push-ups, then "rest" at the top for the remainder of the 24 seconds, holding the plank until the next round of push-ups/plank. Try different style challenges, a descending pyramid like 8,7,6,5,4 push-ups each round. Try to add more push-ups to your 2 min total!
