Description

Do ten of each exercise each round! Use whatever remaining time in each slot for brief rests. Romanian deadlifts, barbell squats, pushes & pulls, ab wheel. I used an unweighted Olympic bar for squats & rdls, did regular floor push-ups, & used a Smith machine with a bench for my feet for fully horizontal inverted rows. Feel the burn and challenge your endurance!
