Description

Want to get started on your fitness journey? You don't need a gym membership or any equipment. All you need is a little space and fifteen minuets to start strengthening your muscles and get your heart racing. This quick workout can get you familiar with some basic exercises before moving on to more challenging workouts. You will start with a few dynamic warm ups before moving on to a circuit of bodyweight exercises for a total body workout. Perform each exercise in the set one after the other before resting. Then, perform the circuit two more times. At the end, stretch out for thirty seconds, don't forget to stretch both legs and both sides of your chest.
