Description

A slightly more difficult version of my one punch man simple circuit. If you found the OPM lite easy, then this one adds a bit more difficulty. This circuit was my way of making a manageable way of doing 300 reps and boiling it down into bite size chunks and saving time. As always, warm up dynamically at the start and stretch statically at the end.
