Description

A barbell complex is intense. It's a great way for burning fat or improving conditioning and recovery rate. Perform the exercises with a barbell for a number of reps, then move onto the next with no rest like a circuit. Keep the weight relatively light. Perform all exercises and reps in sequence, then rest two minutes. Your hands shouldn't let go of the bar during the complex. Perform three times for an intense burn, perform five times if you're a beast.
