Description

No equipment required. But you need a timer to track the exercise and rest intervals. Each exercise in the set is done for 20 seconds--there are 3 exercises in a set, followed by 1 minute active recovery (meaning walk around, sip water--but don't sit still. Perform 5 rounds of each set--There are two sets.
