Description

This total body workout is the first of the 12 days of fitness / little black dress workout series. The workouts progressively get harder as you go and are designed to tone and shape your body during the holiday season (to get you toned by New Year's Eve!). Each day there will also be black or white wellness objective (today is black coffee). The objectives are black in white in theme and in theory (meaning you either meet the challenge or you don't).
