Description

Thunderstruck is a progressive 6-week program utilizing heavy weight / low reps, medium weight / medium reps, and low weight / high reps. On low rep sets, you should be lifting somewhere between 80 and 90 percent on your one rep max (1RM). With medium rep sets, select a weight between 70 and 85 percent. Finally, high rep sets should be between 50 and 70 percent of your one rep max.
