Description

Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart with a slight bend in your knees. Bend your arms. In your athletic stance, draw your arms back. Then, swing them up as you hop forward and land softly in a squat with your legs at shoulder-width. Continue hopping forward with a steady and fluid motion.
