Description

Stand on the band with both feet hip-width apart and handles in hand. Pull the handles up toward your shoulders with elbows pointed down toward the floor and palms facing out. Perform a squat. As you stand up from the squat, stretch your arms overhead. Lower slowly, going back into your squat and repeat.
