Stand tall with a dumbbell in your left hand. Perform a deep lunge with your right leg. Prop your right elbow on your right thigh for support if needed. Squeeze your shoulder blades and bend your elbow close to your body, bringing the weight to your lower ribs. Lower the weight. Repeat the row.
