Description

Start seated upright with your legs and arms stretched out in front of you. Begin to round your spine down to the floor as you row your hands toward your chest with your elbows out. Once you've reached far back, extend your arms out to the side. Roll up and reach your arms up and forward toward for your toes. Repeat.
