Step by Step
Lie on your back with bent knees and your hands behind your head.

1. Acuéstese boca arriba con las rodillas dobladas y las manos detrás de la cabeza.

Curl up, raising your right elbow toward your lifted left knee.

2. Acurrúcate, elevando el codo derecho hacia la rodilla izquierda.

Slowly lower down from each crunch and return to the starting position.

3. Baje lentamente de cada crujido y regrese a la posición inicial.

Repeat with alternate arms and legs.

4. Repita alternando brazos y piernas.
