Comienza de pie a un lado de la Bosu con una pierna en el suelo y la otra tocando la parte superior del Bosu. Dobla las rodillas y disparate hacia arriba y lateralmente sobre el Bosu, golpeando ligeramente su pie en el centro de la parte superior de la Bosu durante cada salto. Continua, alternando los lados.
