Description

Colócate de pie con los pies a la anchura de las caderas con una barra en frente de ti. Ponte en cuclillas y mantén la barra con las manos alejadas de las piernas (agarre inverso o mixto). Inspira y levanta la barra extendiendo las piernas y apretando el culo a levantar. Espira mientras levantas, alcanza el punto máximo y luego baja lentamente. Repite.
