Description

Place un banc à quelques mètres d’une plateforme ou d’un rebord. Assieds-toi sur le banc et place tes talons sur le rebord, jambes tendues. Place tes mains juste à côté de ton torse sur le banc de façon à ce que tes doigts soient suspendus au-dessus du bord et décolle ton corps du banc. Plie tes coudes derrière toi et descends ton corps aussi loin que possible. Tends à nouveau les bras et recommence.
