Step by Step
Start standing with your feet hip-width apart. Drop to a squat with your hands on the ground outside of your feet.

1. 开始站立,双脚分开与臀部同宽。双手放在脚外侧的地面上,蹲下。

Jump your feet back, putting yourself into a plank. Add a push-up when you're in the plank position if you're up for it.

2. 将脚向后跳,将自己放在木板上。如果你愿意的话,当你处于平板支撑位置时加一个俯卧撑。

Jump your feet forward to a squat.

3. 将你的脚向前跳到下蹲。

Leap up or stand up, driving up with your legs.

4. 跳起来或站起来,用你的腿向上推动。

Land softly and repeat.

5. 轻轻着陆并重复。
