Description

Comienza de pie con pesas en las manos y los codos ligeramente flexionados. Inhala y sube los brazos lateralmente a la altura del hombro. Mueve las pesas en horizontal, colocándolas hacia delante, en línea con la frente. Con cuidado y control baja las pesas y llévalas a los laterales de nuevo. Repite.
