Description

平躺。保持身体挺直,膝部弯曲,双膝并拢,侧向贴近地板。双手紧握于头部后方。进行卷腹动作,将肩部抬离地板。与进行正常卷腹一样,保持肩部平稳。将膝部返回至中心位置,并再次并拢,侧向另一侧。再次卷腹,抬起肩部。重复上述动作。两侧交替。
