Description

Begin in Right Side Low Plank position, left foot in front of right, both feet centered relative to your hips. Extend left arm straight up to ceiling. Draw left hand down as you roll shoulders forward and reach below right underarm with hips remaining lifted. Reverse to return to starting position. Do as many reps as possible within the time allotted.
