Step by Step
Sit or stand holding a fixed band in both hands behind your head with your arms extended upwards by your ears.

1. Siéntese o párese sosteniendo una banda fija con ambas manos detrás de la cabeza con los brazos extendidos hacia arriba junto a las orejas.

Extend your elbows.

2. Extiende tus codos.

Straighten your arms overhead, squeezing your triceps.

3. Estira los brazos por encima de la cabeza, apretando los tríceps.

Bending at your elbows, move your arms back down to the start position. Move at a controlled pace.

4. Doblando los codos, mueva los brazos hacia abajo hasta la posición inicial. Muévete a un ritmo controlado.
