Description

Position yourself on an incline bench, being careful to secure ankles. Lower body to the starting position. Place hands behind your head or cross arms in front of chest. Do a sit up, lower body back to starting position, and repeat. For added challenge, do not allow back to come completely back to the board and hold the sit up for a count at the top.
