Description

Lie face up, dumbbells above chest, elbows slightly bent, palms in. Raise left leg so shin is parallel to floor. Lower arms out to sides in four counts as you straighten left leg, keeping floor off floor. In two counts, pull knee back in and raise arms, squeezing chest muscles as if you are hugging a beach ball. That's 1 rep. Do 6, then repeat with right leg.
