Description

Pec stretch: Lean with arm at 90 degree angle against a doorway stretch (put the inside of your elbow on a door jamb and then lean your body through the doorway). When doing the pec stetch with elbow behind wall put the arm up higher behind so elbow is up above shoulder level the wall and keep finges curled  abit not flat. also retract scapula and just a little neck extension. pec minor is more often sore than pec major
