Step by Step
Lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind neck. Inhale.

1. Sdraiati sulla schiena con le ginocchia piegate e le mani dietro la nuca. Inalare.

Exhale and you curl your back to lift your shoulders towards the ceiling. Lower to the ground and repeat.

2. Espira e pieghi la schiena per sollevare le spalle verso il soffitto. Abbassati a terra e ripeti.
