Step by Step
Begin with your palms down and knees on floor.

Raise your head, stick your butt out and drop your back into a dip.

Then drop your head, round your spine and arch your back. Repeat.

This is a terrific way to build more mobility in your back.

Try not to move too quickly, enjoy each position for a moment.
