Step by Step
Kneel on the floor and sit on your heels.  Separate your knees to hip-width and touch your big toes together.

1. Ajoelhe-se no chão e sente-se sobre os calcanhares. Separe os joelhos na largura do quadril e toque os dedões dos pés juntos.

Fold over.

2. Dobrar.

Stretch your arms overhead with palms on the ground.

3. Estique os braços acima da cabeça com as palmas das mãos no chão.

Reach your fingers out or lay them heavy on the floor. Lengthen and widen your spine.

4. Estenda os dedos ou coloque-os pesados no chão. Alongar e alargar a coluna.

Inhale by "doming" your back up towards the ceiling. Enjoy this moment and release all your built-up tension.

5. Inspire dobrando as costas em direção ao teto. Aproveite este momento e libere toda a sua tensão acumulada.
