Description

Start on all fours, palms flat placed under your shoulders, knees in line with your hips and feet "laces down". While keeping your belly button tight to your spine, take a deep breath. While exhaling, slowly arch your back and raise your chin to the ceiling, hold for a 3 count. Take a deep breath and slowly round your back, and tilt chin to chest, hold for a 3 count. Continue "cat-cowing".
