Description

Sit with a straight spine. Your legs should be wide with one knee bent and heel snug into your groin. Turn your torso towards the bent knee. Keep your spine long as you side bend towards your extended leg. Hold on to your ankle or foot with your bottom arm and lengthen your top arm towards your foot. Hold for three counts and then switch sides.
