Description

Sit to your left side, with your legs bent and stacked. Lightly brace your left hand on the ground and hold your right arm just below your stomach, palm up. Draw your left arm up and sweep it over right. Exhale into this left side stretch. Return your arm back upright, inhale and repeat.
