Description

Begin standing with your feet hip-width apart, standing on the balls of your feet. Keeping your legs straight, lift one foot off the ground slightly, then bounce quickly off the ground with the other. Land on the balls of your other foot and bounce back up immediately. Keep bouncing, alternating feet.
