Description

From plank, lower your torso until your elbows form a 90 degree angle and explosively push up into the air, landing with your hands and feet closer together. Lower your torso until your elbows rub your sides and explode up again, landing with your hands and feet wider than shoulder width apart again. Continue repeating the two-pushup sequence.
