Lie down on your back. Clasp your hand behind your head. Cross your right leg over your left leg. Inhale and lift your chest up. Hold the breath and squeeze your inner legs. Exhale and lower your chest down. Repeat 3x. Switch the cross of your legs. Inhale and lift your chest up. Hold the breath and squeeze your inner legs. Exhale and lower your chest down. Repeat 3x. Uncross your legs and hug them into your chest.
