Description

Begin on your hands and knees, with your shoulders over your hands. Keeping your left hand on the floor, let your torso open up to the right and extend your right leg out to the side. Rest your right hand on your hips. Lift your right leg off the ground. While keeping your right toe pointed out in front, exhale and sweep your leg back as far as it will go.Gently kick your leg back to neutral and repeat.
