Description

Start on your hands and knees, with your shoulders over your hands. While keeping your right hand on the floor, let your torso open up to the left and extend your left leg out to the side. Rest your left hand on your hips. Lift your left leg off the ground while keeping your left toe pointed out in front. Pause, exhale and try to reach it as far back as you can go.Gently kick your leg back to neutral and repeat.
