Stand with your legs 3 feet apart facing the long side of your mat. Reach your arms up and out. Exhale and fold forward. Bend your knees so that you can scoop your hands under your heels from the back. Reach your arms out. Inhale, come up and step your feet together. Stand tall at the top of your mat.
