Description

Start in a seated position with your legs straight in front of you. Bend your right knee and step your right foot over your left leg. Bend your left knee and bring your left heel toward your right hip. Inhale and lenghten your spine. Exhale and turn toward your right knee. Take your right arm around behind you and grab onto your left thigh. Reach your left arm over your right knee and grab your left knee.
