Description

The Built to Endure program challenges you to get stronger, tougher, and more resilient with increasing-duration workouts from 40 to 60 minutes. Each week, you’ll complete three focused sessions: one targeting upper body strength, one focused on lower body power, and one full-body workout built to improve endurance and stamina. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and the commitment to show up, work hard, and prove to yourself that you were really built to endure.
