Description

Start lying on your right side on top of a stability ball with your right hand on the ground. Extend your right leg out and bend your left leg in front and flat on the floor. While maintaining a right plank over the ball, draw your left arm up and over your head. Look up to the sky and hold for at least three counts before returning.
