How to do: Basic Sun Salutation

Stand tall at the top of your mat. Inhale and reach your arms up. Exhale and fold forward. Inhale, place your hands on your shins, and lenghten your spine forward. Exhale and step your right foot back to Lunge. Exhale, step back to Plank, and lower your knees and chest to the floor. Inhale and lift your chest to Cobra. Exhale to Child's Pose and back to Downward Facing Dog. Inhale and step your right foot forward to Lunge. Exhale and step forward to Forward Fold. Inhale, rise up, and reach your arms up. Exhale and fold forward. Inhale, place your hands on your shins, lenghten your spine forward. Exhale and step your left foot back to Lunge. Exhale, step back to Plank, and lower your knees and chest to the floor. Inhale and lift your chest to Cobra. Exhale to Child's Pose and back to Downward Facing Dog. Inhale and step your left foot forward to Lunge. Exhale and step forward to Forward Fold.
